Back to school

Law school classes resume in January ‘09 and I am looking forward to ‘em. FYLSE results are expected in early December, I think. As a 2L I felt it was time for a more mature theme–and something easier to read, as a few readers have requested. Actually, as Concord is a part-time program we are still covering some of what full time law students tackle in their first year. It’s all good though–I am glad we were able to spend a full year concentrating on the substantive topics that California actually tests.
On the MBA side I completed a great course in cross-cultural management, but decided to hold-off on MIS for. I’m inclined to take that subject at a local university and transfer the credit to AMU. A virtual campus has tremendous advantages, but sometimes it’s also fun to be immersed in a academic landscape.
So, here’s the expected line-up:
MBA
Management Information Systems(changed my mind, I’ll do this later possibly at a brick n’ mortar school)- Marketing Management (currently taking this engaging class with Dr. Joe LeVesque and about half of the way through)
- Financial Accounting (starts in a few days)
LAW SCHOOL (2L – all start on January 9, 2009)
- Civil Procedure
- Criminal Procedure
- Constitutional Law
- Real Property
